Offering reformer and mat classes, private sessions, and our signature Yin & Sound Bath experiences, it’s designed to support every stage of your wellness journey. The studio also features two infrared saunas, each equipped with gua sha tools for added lymphatic drainage and a deeper sense of relaxation. Private onsite parking is available for all clients.
