We’re big believers that movement should feel gENUINELY ENJOYABLE, and that community makes everything better!
What started as one cosy studio has grown into two beautiful boutique spaces in Templestowe and Mount Eliza, each designed to make you feel at home the moment you walk in. Every class is cardio-free (the way Pilates is meant to be!), focusing on mindful movement, control, and connection over intensity. designed to support real life, real bodies and real wellbeing.
Our name, Potentia - Latin for "power" or "to empower" - reflects our mission: to help you move with strength, show up for yourself, and feel your best.
